Refund Policy

Effective Date: April, 2025

 

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our refund policy below.

 Eligibility:

   Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Products must be in their original condition; handlebars without grips or a GoPro mount attached. Any lifestyle merchandise must be in new condition with all tags attached in its original packaging.

Order number and Name are required for all refunds. For orders made by one of our distributors, receipt and shop info are required.

If an item is suspected to have a manufacturing defect (ie, delamination, misprint etc) and you DO NOT want a replacement, please email info@coefficientcycling.com for a return label. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued. If your handlebar is suspected to have a manufacturing defect and you’d like a replacement, please emailinfo@coefficientcycling.com a completed warranty request form and provide your order number or receipt. Form download. We will issue a return, and upon inspection, issue a replacement.

 Non-Refundable Items, including but not limited to:

     - Gift cards

     - Crash-damaged handlebars & mounts

     -Used clothing

     - Personalized or customized items.

Though we do not offer a return or warranty for crashed items, we do offer a discount for customers who have crashed their previous handlebars. Please email info@coefficientcycling.com your order number/receipt and Crash Form [link here] for details.

 Process for Returns:

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@coefficientcycling.com with your order number, receipt, and/or warranty request and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 3-5  business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive the returned item.

 Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

   If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item.

 

**Warranty Policy**

Warranty for manufacturing defects (i.e., delamination, misprint, etc.) applies for two years from the date of purchase. This excludes lifestyle products and accessories to which can be replaced or refunded within 30 days from purchase. To submit a warranty request, please fill out the Warranty Request Form and email it to info@coefficientcycling.com. Also, be sure to include your name and order number/receipt. Warranty cannot be transferred to another person or product.

 



We reserve the right to update or modify this refund and warranty policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
